Nous travaillons en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les autorit\u00e9s s\u00e9n\u00e9galaises qui supervisent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement nos activit\u00e9s, et des repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019Etat si\u00e8gent \u00e0 notre conseil d&rsquo;administration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les sujets environnementaux sont une priorit\u00e9 et font partie int\u00e9grante de nos op\u00e9rations. <\/strong>Nous nous appuyons sur les standards miniers internationaux les plus stricts, dont le standard de l\u2019Initiative for Responsible Mining Assurance (IRMA). Aucun produit chimique n\u2019est utilis\u00e9 pour exploiter les sables min\u00e9ralis\u00e9s. Le sable est pomp\u00e9, tri\u00e9 par densit\u00e9 pour s\u00e9parer la partie min\u00e9ralis\u00e9e, puis les 98% du sable restant sont imm\u00e9diatement restitu\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re de l&rsquo;installation. La r\u00e9habilitation environnementale des zones valoris\u00e9es est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e au rythme de l\u2019op\u00e9ration. Et nous sommes la seule entreprise mini\u00e8re s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise \u00e0 avoir engag\u00e9 un processus de restitution progressive des terres r\u00e9habilit\u00e9es, avec plus de 85 hectares d\u00e9j\u00e0 restitu\u00e9s aux autorit\u00e9s s\u00e9n\u00e9galaises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notre engagement envers le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal se traduit \u00e9galement par une contribution \u00e9conomique significative<\/strong>. En 2023, nous avons g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 97 milliards FCFA de retomb\u00e9es \u00e9conomiques et atteint pr\u00e8s de 2000 emplois durables, nous positionnant ainsi comme le 5\u00e8me contributeur minier au budget de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat, comme le confirme le dernier rapport de l&rsquo;ITIE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le bien-\u00eatre des communaut\u00e9s locales est au c\u0153ur de nos priorit\u00e9s<\/strong>. En 2024, nous avons intensifi\u00e9 le dialogue avec les populations. Deux auditeurs ind\u00e9pendants ont \u00e9galement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 800 entretiens pour recueillir les avis et les t\u00e9moignages des habitants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notre programme de r\u00e9installation, \u00e9labor\u00e9 de concert avec toutes les parties prenantes impact\u00e9es, vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie<\/strong> des communaut\u00e9s. Les nouveaux villages offrent des logements modernes avec \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et eau courante, ainsi que des infrastructures telles que des mosqu\u00e9es, des \u00e9coles et des postes de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En tant que groupe minier responsable<\/strong>, nous avons pris un engagement volontaire, au-del\u00e0 des compensations dans la zone de Lompoul, <strong>de r\u00e9aliser un nouveau site touristique in\u00e9dit :\u00a0 L\u2019Oasis du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal<\/strong>, qui accueille d\u00e9j\u00e0 un op\u00e9rateur touristique dont les infrastructures sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 ouvrir et 5 autres op\u00e9rateurs en cours d\u2019installation sur plus de 400hectares.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enfin, nous sommes l&rsquo;une des rares mines au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal \u00e0 ouvrir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement nos portes \u00e0 toutes les parties prenantes. <\/strong>En 2024, nous avons accueilli plusieurs centaines de visiteurs issus de divers horizons. \u00c0 l&rsquo;issue de chacune de ces visites, le travail des \u00e9quipes d&rsquo;Eramet Grande C\u00f4te est salu\u00e9 et cit\u00e9 comme un mod\u00e8le \u00e0 suivre.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":2143,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[15],"tags":[35,44,125,154,126],"class_list":["post-2343","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-communiques-de-presse","tag-contribution-economique","tag-environnement","tag-lompoul","tag-reinstallation","tag-visite"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
