Il applique avec rigueur les proc\u00e9dures et adh\u00e8re fortement \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit du syst\u00e8me de Sant\u00e9 et S\u00e9curit\u00e9 de GCO.<\/p>\n<p>Il a une grande confiance en soi qui lui permet de s\u2019adapter \u00e0 toutes les situations de travail et se soucie toujours de sa propre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de celle de ses coll\u00e8gues de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Matar a \u00e9t\u00e9 plusieurs fois \u00e9valu\u00e9 lors de management safety interaction (MSI) men\u00e9es par les \u00e9quipes encadrantes, il est parfaitement conscient des risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 son travail dans les diff\u00e9rentes zones de la mine ou il intervient. Il aime diriger le travail tout en assurant que les documents safety tels que les Take 5, JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) et permis sont d\u00fbment remplis avant l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de ses t\u00e2ches. En plus, notre coll\u00e8gue applique quotidiennement les Exigences Essentielles de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 Eramet (EEE). Il rapporte fid\u00e8lement et r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les dangers et les comportement \u00e0 risque li\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers l\u2019outil ZEE (Zero Energy Event). Matar est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 par ses coll\u00e8gues de travail comme un employ\u00e9 mod\u00e8le \u00e0 s\u2019inspirer en mati\u00e8re de respect des r\u00e8gles et principes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail.
