Transparency and daily consultation<\/h2>\n

The teams responsible for community relations are in daily contact with local residents during tours in the villages. The community offices<\/a> in Diogo and Lompoul serve as local hubs to promote dialogue with local populations and gather their concerns, expectations, or complaints related to the company’s activities, as part of the grievance management mechanism<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Dialogue and transparency are essential during population resettlement operations. The establishment of the Departmental Resettlement Commissions<\/strong> of Thi\u00e8s and then Louga, as well as the Tourism Technical Committee of Louga, illustrate this commitment. Led by the prefect, they bring together the concerned mayors and representatives of all stakeholders.
