    Social protection for all Eramet employees<\/h2>\n

    When you join Eramet Grande C\u00f4te, you become part of a global group! The signing of the Eramet Global Care agreement between employee representatives in the main countries where the Group operates and Eramet Management is a testament to the quality and dynamism of social dialogue within the company. This global agreement establishes a common foundation of social protection. It provides all employees with essential guarantees in terms of Health Coverage, Access to healthcare, maternity leave, and working conditions for women, as well as Death Coverage.<\/p>\n
