Commissioning of the dry extraction unit

Acquisition by Eramet of 100% of TiZir through the purchase of shares in Mineral Deposits Ltd. The entity comprises two sites: the mining site in Senegal and the TiZir Titanium and Iron (TTI) plant in Tyssedal, Norway, which processes ilmenite to produce titanium dioxide slag.
Eramet sold TTI in September 2023.
