The alert must be supported by any fact, information, or document, regardless of the form of its communication, to enable an exchange with the Ethics Compliance Officer.
The ECO and the group’s ethics officer at Eramet guarantee the whistleblower complete confidentiality as well as impartiality and rigor in the alert handling procedure. They will conduct the necessary investigations to establish the materiality of the facts and, if applicable, take the required measures to remedy the situation.
