The signing of the Eramet Global Care agreement between employee representatives in the main countries where the Group operates and Eramet Management is a testament to the quality and dynamism of social dialogue within the company. This global agreement establishes a common foundation of social protection. It provides all employees with essential guarantees in terms of Health Coverage, Access to healthcare, maternity leave, and working conditions for women, as well as Death Coverage.
Eramet is the first mining group to negotiate this type of agreement, which reflects a commitment to the “Act for Positive Mining” roadmap.
